Brett Favre Tears ACL

Wouldn’t that be great? ESPN wouldn’t have to spend 1/3 of the show covering the latest Brett Favre controversy.

Brett Favre, retire, quit, injured

He was a great player, he should have gone out on top, and stayed there. I used to pull for old Brett, but now I’m just hoping for a quick season, or career, ending injury. Enough already.

Think about it. The injury ends the season, ESPN covers his treatments, progress, recovery, then the announcement that he is ready to come back for the 2009-10 season and that Aaron Rogers has to wait for his 7th season to play.

yep, even with an injury….then its not just about how he might do, but about why’d he come back, can he return next year… etc etc…

glad someone else is sick of 20 minute scenario’s and what if’s when it doesnt matter….

No follow-up to “Farve leads Jets to Victory in Game 1” headlines?

The worst part is, ESPN went to him to find out what he thinks about Tom Brady tearing HIS ACL. Other than my Centerville Ties to the Jets kicker Mike Nugent (Centerville HS ’01, OSU ’05), I’d love for Favre to have a 2 win season. He would retire ‘early’ from his 3 year deal with Jets and ESPN could cover his new reality show for D-list celebrities: “How to Dominate news Coverage”.
