Charmin: Just Not Right

I saw this commercial last night and it didn’t sit well with me.

Watching the Red Wings game Monday night was a lot of fun, even though they lost.  But during the commercial breaks, I started to get annoyed (weird).  There were literally maybe seven commercials that played the entire night during the TV timeouts and intermissions.

• Edge shaving gel
• Dockers
• Cialis
• Flomax
• NBC’s new show Fear Itself

I know there may have been one or two other commercials I missed, but when a game goes into 3 overtimes (that’s a total of five 20 minute intermissions) and you only play a handful of commercials, it gets really annoying.

If these companies bought all the ad time, great.  But is it too much to ask for a couple variations of your commercial?
